NOTE: In order to be considered, you MUST upload photos of your vendor booth in operation from different angles in the application form or email to countyfairfranklin@gmail.com.

Indoor Vendor Space

Commercial space indoors (approximately 10’ X 10’) costs $300.00 and is in the Dellinger building (non air-conditioned). Pipe and drape will be provided to divide vendor spaces.

Indoor Space is to be manned throughout the entire fair for the following time periods:
July 14-16, 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

July 17-19, 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

July 20, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

Outdoor Vendor Space

Commercial space outdoors is $3.00-$4.00 per sq. foot ($300 minimum). You must provide a trailer or a quality tent of your own, or rent one from ACC Party Rentals or a similar business. A pop-up tent is not acceptable since they are not strong enough to endure summer wind gusts and possible storms.

Outdoor space is to be manned throughout the entire fair for the following time periods but may open earlier and stay open later to align with the fair gate hours:
July 14-16, 10:00 a.m. - 9:00 p.m.

July 17-19, 10:00 a.m. - 10:00 p.m.

July 20, 10:00 a.m. - 5:00 p.m.

*We strive to have a variety of vendors as well as Franklin County government agencies.

Your completed application is not a guarantee of a Vendor space at the Franklin County Fair in Hilliard, Ohio. It will be kept on file and if the opportunity becomes available for the listed products, you will be contacted by the committee to move forward in the process of securing a space.
